Oishi is a food review and restaurant discovery platform that allows users to: - Share reviews and experiences at restaurants - Discover new dining experiences - Connect with other food enthusiasts - Save and organize favorite restaurants - Follow restaurants and other users The Service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are owned by Oishi and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without prior written permission. You may not: - Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service - Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code - Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including: - Violation of these Terms - Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity - At our sole discretion You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination: - Your right to use the Service ceases immediately - Your User Content may be deleted (subject to backup retention) - We are not liable for any termination of your access Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OISHI AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR: - Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages - Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use - Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service - Damages resulting from User Content or third-party conduct OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules.
