6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are owned by Oishi and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Upon termination: - Your right to use the Service ceases immediately - Your User Content may be deleted (subject to backup retention) - We are not liable for any termination of your access Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OISHI AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR: - Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages - Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use - Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service - Damages resulting from User Content or third-party conduct OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
